GRB 030329 has provided solid evidence for the Gamma-Ray Burst-Supernova connection. We construct an ejecta model to reproduce spectra of SN 2003dh, by combining the respective density structures of SNe 1998bw and 1997ef. The energetic model is confirmed though light curve fitting. The model parameters are M_<ej>=8M_<⊙> (M_<ms>〜35-40M_<⊙>), E_<kin>=4×10^<52> ergs, and M(^<56>Ni)=0.35M_<⊙>.
