Strongly nonlinear surface impurity localized mode of the 1-dimensional Toda lattice is studied by computer simulation. Even strongly nonlinear (large amplitude) localized mode shows no temporal damping at all during the whole simulation time of maximum 〜100 periods. It also possesses the same characteristics (frequency decrease and surface expansion) as the weakly nonlinear mode.
