Anomalies in ν^^-N Scattering, Charmed Hadron Production and Quark-Parton Model

It is shown that within the framework of the quartet-quark-parton model, y-distribution and the excess of the number of events in W-distribution in deep inelastic ν^^-N scattering above 30 GeV can be understood if the effects of the charmed hadron production are taken into account. The effects on the semi-inclusive ν^^-N reactions are also investigated.
