We propose a model where an arbitrary number of internal oscillator freedom is intro-duced by describing the hadrons as extended particles with an arbitrary number of the quark-anti-quark pairs. The model is applied to the electromagnetic form factor of nucleon. We can reproduce the dipole type dependence of the nucleon form factor for large mo-mentum transfer. It is also shown that the theoretical form factors in our model have a simple pole near the mass of the vector mesons in the time-like region of momentum trans-fer.
