p-p Scattering Matrix in the GeV-Energy Region. III : p-p Analysis at 2.2 and 1.4 GeV

Results of a phase shift analysis of the p-p scattering data at 2.2 GeV and 1.4 GeV are reported and are compared with those of the Regge-pole model for high energy scattering. It is suggested that the picture on two nucleon interactions deduced at low energies must change around 2 GeV rapidly to the one at high energies.
