Nonstatic two-pion-exchange potential is calculated up to the fourth order of the pion-nucleon coupling constant without making use of the expansion with respect to the inverse of the nucleon mass. The potential is obtained first in the momentum space and then transformed into the configuration space. Comparison of the results with the static limit and with the first order term in the M^<-1> expansion is made. Further discussions on the nonstatic one-pion-exchange potential are also added, and a more detailed expression is given.
