A finite element method for analyzing incompressible creeping flows is presented. Pseudo-concentration (PC) function is introduced to represent the position of free fluid surface. For calculating its position, Taylor-Galerkin finite element method is applied to the equation of PC function. Feasibility of utilizing a higher order isoparametric element in the Taylor-Galerkin finite element method is considered. Flows of fluid slumping down to the floor and also those of materials along a slope are calculated as illustrative purposes.
