We have developed a laser system for use in the velocity selection of cesium atoms through stimulated Raman transition. The laser system consisted of two phase-locked extended-cavity diode lasers with a frequency offset of 9.2 GHz, whose intensity was also stabilized using an acoustooptic modulator. The power concentration and the intensity stability were 93% and 0.1%, respectively.
