Molecular structure of the title compound has been determined by the X-ray diffraction. The Cl atom is in cis to the NO group, the O atom of one of the two quinolinolato ligands is in trans to the NO group, and the coordinating N and O atoms of two quinolinolato ligands are in cis(O,O) and trans(N,N) configuration.
