One case of chondrodysplasia punctata was presented. The patient was a 5-day-old girl who had been seen in our clinic for complaint of leg length discrepancy. She showed characteristic signs of this disease such as flat nose, alopecia, joint contractures and so on. Radiological examinations revealed irregular stippled calcification in both carpi, tarsus, Ycartilage of the pelvis, femoral head and distal femur. Laboratory findings were almost within normal. The prognosis is thought to be good because she has no serious complication in central nervous system and cardiovascular system. We will need to continue further observation of the leg length discrepancy.
