The metastable functional cycle of trypsin is analysed by matrices. Various strategies were used to verify our proposal on this functional system. It is found that most of proposed steps in the metastable cycle proceed easily in terms of eigenvalues in the linear transformation. In the final step (from polar sequence to natural sequence of trypsin), necessity of the substrate of trypsin is supported.
