We have fabricated Y-Ba-Cu-O/Au/AIOx/Nb and Y-Ba-Cu-O/AIOx/Nb Josephsontunnel junctions using electron-beamevaporation of A1 and Nb films and naturaloxidation. Sintered Y-Ba-Cu-0 have beenused as base electrode. SuperconductingJosephson current and hysteresis of currentvoltagecharacteristics, which are typicalfeatures of Josephson tunnel junctions, havebeen observed at 4.2 K. Rf-induced voltagesteps at the voltage greater than 0.4 mVhave been clearly observed and rf-inducedsubharmonic steps have also appeared.Moreover, the Superconducting Josephsoncurrent has been modulated by magneticfield.
