The teaching tool to learn the energy conversion technology in the technology education course in junior high schools were developed using a mass production type Stirling engine. Kinetic energy that was generated by the Stirling engine was converted into electric energy by a dynamo and charged in an electric double layer capacitor. The experimental practice class was carried out using this teaching tool for junior high school students. Students produced several kinds of robot including motor as production subjects and competed their performance using electric energy charged in the electric double layer capacitor. As the result, it was effective for students to learn the mechanism of energy conversion technology and the efficient usage of the energy experimentally.
