• The World Wide Web is an information resource with virtually unlimited potential. However, this potential is relatively untapped because locating relevant information can often be time consuming and fruitless. If machines could understand the content of the web pages, then searches with high precision and recall would be possible. So, our approach system is to find the meaning of word from Ontology database. This system intends to develop Japanese to Myanmar online dictionary as like a Wiki. We are building the knowledge repository that is taking the facilities of Ontology. This system allows participating who was interested both in Japanese and Myanmar languages. Users have opportunity to search Myanmar definition of Japanese words; system is performed by accepting the query as input and retrieves the relevant definition and continuously shows synonym, antonym and etc... Those words, we are showing with Word-Net (hyperlink). So, users can see all of the relationship words that don't need to take the extra-time.
