The paper demonstrates the integration of the TTS technology and the available software tools that can be harnessed to develop dynamic course content. It enables the professor who has no programming expertise to enhance his existing static text-based course materials into audio and video web-based powerful format. Consequently, participant is allowed to retrieve the course materials and save them to his available technology gadget. Thus, the student will better comprehend the lesson by reading and by listening repetitively. Furthermore the system empowers the geographically disperse educators and the learners which may enrich the learning experience.
