Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) are driven forces for evolutional changes in higher education at universities and vocational education in industries. This paper describes challenges in e-Learning at Waseda University, especially collaborative works on e-Learning with people in Asian countries and reports some of lessons learned through these activities.
