50kg-class satellite can reduce production cost and time compared to usually satellite. However, 50kg-class satellite causes communication methods and RF communication capacity is limited. Communication capacity can be improved by using optical communication links. Ground-to-satellite communication links are currently no restriction to the Radio Law and Launch schedule can be shortened by eliminating the need for international frequency coordination. We examined the optical communication link design for 50kg-class small satellites
