Measurement of scintillation time profile of NaI(Tl) crystal and that of BGO crystal have been carried out using γ-rays from ^<60>Co with the data-taking system used in the investigation of scintillation time profile of GSO(Ce) in the last year. It is obtained that the scintillation time profile of NaI(Tl) has two components of rising part with 3.35 nsec and 35.5 nsec of time constants. Decay constant of NaI(Tl) is obtained as 186 nsec. Decay constant of BGO which is obtained as 287 nsec almost agrees with that in results of other expeiments. Pulses with fast time constant of rising part and fast decay constant have been observed in the measurements. It has been found that signal made by Cerenkov light in window of photomultiplier tube has overlapped with normal signal from crystal.
