Cerium doped GSO (Gd_2SiO_5) crystal has been watched as a scintillation crystal in recent years. A data-taking system of waveforms was constructed in the last fiscal year. The scintillation time profile of GSO (Ce) has been studied using γ-rays from ^<60>Co. It is obtained that a time constant of rising part is 13.7 nsec and decay time constants of fast and slow components are 61.5 nsec and 542 nsec, respectively. The results almost agree with those of other experiments. it is suggested that the scintillation time profile reflects the mechanism of energy transfer from γ-ray excited Gd^<3+> sites to Ce^<3+> luminescent centers.
