Interruption by telephone decreases the efficiency of addressees' conversations or tasks. To resolve this problem from the addressee's point of view, we proposed asynchronous communication tool that treated addressee's state by priority. Proposed system consists of sensor module and telephone module. Sensor module detects the addressee's state and telephone module is controlled by state notification from the sensor module and allows addresser to talk with or mail to the addressee. Through the trial, the addressee's state was expressed with data from the sensor module. In future, automatic judgment system for the addressee's state is constructed and is evaluated on effect of appropriate message control for the addressee in office activity.
