Bei dieser Untersuchung wurde das neue Flammenjet-Spritzgerat vergewendet, um Schichten aus einer 80%Ni-20%Cr Legierung herzustellen. Die Untersuchungsresultate der mit Hilfe des Flammenjets hergestellten Schichten konnen wie folgt zusammengefasst werden: (1) Die Geschwindigkeit der aus dem Spritzgerat austretenden Teilchen wird mit der Zunahme des Gasdruckes stark vergroBert, wobei sie bei einem Gasdruck von 6kg/cm^2 auf durchschnittlich 92m/sec ansteigt. (2) Die mit dem Flammenjet hergestellte Schicht wies im Vergleich zur herkommlichen eine bessere Zugfestigkeit, besseren ACT-JP Wert and eine groBereHarte auf. Ihre Struktur wies einen feineren Aufbau mit wenig Poren auf. (3) Die beste Schichten wurde mit dem Flammejet bei 6kg/cm^2 and Verwendung von Stickstoff erzielt. (4) Bei Verwendung von PreBluft als Beschleunigungsgas, wurde zwischen den Teilchen Oxydbelag nachgewiesen.
