Pachydermatocele, ranging from the penis, scrota, and perineum to the right gluteal region, was excised widely with satisfactory results. A lithotomy position, in addition to the use of an electric knife, proved effective for the treatment of pachydermatocele on these regions. In this case, the wall of the urinary bladder was found to be thickened, affected by neurofibromatosis. Urinary incontinence was also involved, in association with pollakisuria due to a contracted bladder.
