The changes of vibrations of n-propyl alcohol and iso-propyl alcohol caused by mixing with liquid ammonia have been examined by photographing their Raman spectra. In the case of n-propyl alcohol, the changes have been perceived only in the Raman lines of low frequencies. While, in iso-propyl alcohol, the changes have been found in one part of low frequencies and also of high frequencies. The observed results have been discussed.
