On the Formation of complex Ions Applied in Analytical Chemistry. VI : Studies on Complexes of Lead and Cadmium Malonates

Studies on complexbilities of various compounds have been reported in the previous experiments. In the present case, the complexbilities of lead and cadmium malonates were measured by the usual potentiometric compensation method, using the ion concentration cell and quinhydrone electrode. The following results were obtained at 25℃ : for lead malonate K=4.49×10^<-5> and for cadmium malonate K=7.14×10^<-5>.
