A method for the isolation of <SUP>227</SUP>Ac and its daughter nuclides from <SUP>231</SUP>Pa was established. The γ-ray spectra of <SUP>231</SUP>Pa, <SUP>227</SUP>Th, and <SUP>223</SUP>Fr were investigated, and the γ-ray tables of these nuclides were presented. A decay scheme of <SUP>223</SUP>Fr was corrected so as to explain these γ-ray data.
