The recent progress of IT has given a big impact on the business process to bear a new culture of life style like Yamato's "Takkyubin" (home delivery service), by applying the IT Management that creates a new business processes. Therefore, the agile IT Management implementing IT to create the new culture is the key issue of success in the business. As Niigata is rather behind in IT, providing such excellent students as to understand to use new IT for Niigata companies is the purpose and contribution of NUIS.
