Electrical conduction of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) heterofilms coutsisting of arachidic acid (Y type, nearly nonpolar) and TCNQ-derivative (Z type, polar) LB double-layer film is investigated in the temperature region between room temperature and 30 K. The temperature dependence of the conductance and the I-V characteristics are closely similar to those associated with superconducting phenomena. These results present possible evidence of the superconducting state, and they can be explained if a two-dimensional potential well with an electron gas is assumed to be generated in the LB heterofilms by the electrostatic induction.
