Cd_<1-x>Mn_xTe-MnTe multiple quantum welts were successfully grown on a sapphire (0001) substrate by the ionized-cluster beam deposition technique. In the magneto-circular dichroism spectra, peaks are observed at the energies where shoulders appear in the optical absorption spectra. The peaks shift toward higher energies as the Cd_<1-x>Mn_xTe well width decreases. The magneto-optical effect is attributed to the Zeeman splitting of mini-band levels due to the spin exchange interaction between Mn^<2+> magnetic ions and electrons strongly confined in quantum welts.
