ウサギの肝臓へのVX2がん細胞の移植 : 3つの直接注射法の比較(実験動物学)

体重2.8-3.2kgのニュージーランドウサギ45羽の肝臓に1×10^6個のVX2がん細胞を注射し,注射部位を特別な処置をしない群(1群),出血とがん細胞の漏出を防ぐため注射部位を圧迫した群(2群),アガロースを注射針痕に注入し封鎖した群(3群)に分け,VX2肝がんモデル作成の成否について検討した.各群の移植細胞の漏出率は80%,53.3%,6.6%であり,また移植の成功率は13.3%,33.3%,86.6%であった.これらの結果より,注射経路を介するがん細胞の漏出防止にアガロースの利用が有効であることが示された.
