概要

Increase of carbonic anhydrase activity was enhanced by decreasing the O_2 concentration when Chlorella vulgaris 11h cells grown under 3% CO_2 in ordinary air were transferred to low CO_2 conditions. The carbonic anhydrase activity finally attained under the steady state was dependent on the CO_2 concentration, irrespective of the O_2 concentration used.
