概要

In Gibberella fejikuroi and Peniculium notatum, IAA, 2,4-D and GA_3 promoted conidial germination and the elongation of young hyphae. The promotive effects of IAA and GA_3 were additive. In both fungi, the concentrations of endogenous auxin and gibberellin in the culture media were 10-10 to 6×10^<-12> M.
