This paper discusses scintillation characteristics based on our observed data by THAICOM downlink signal using small-aperture antenna. There is a fairly evident diurnal variation between the occurrence number and time ; scintillation phenomena tend to arise more frequently in the daytime. Seasonal variation is not so clearly. The features of the characteristics of scintillation in Thailand are discussed.
