This paper proposes a new algorithm for evolutionary learning of nearest neighbor multilayer perceptions. In this algorithm, efficient networks can be organized automatically from initial chaotic networks by successively perform four kinds of basic operations:recognition, remember, reduction and reniew. Learning is performed as follows:recognition to see what is unknown and which neuron is important, remember when something is unknown, reduction when a neuron is rarely used, and review for more efficient representation of learned knowledge. This algorithm is very simple and suitable for parallel realization. Its efficiency is shown by experimental results.
