XVe have investigated the dynatmics of' the electron-positron plasuaaa clottd naoving perpetudictrlarto an arnbient ttaagnetic field ira the ba'tckgrotrnd plasraaa by trsing a three-diutaensional, electron'nagnetic, and relativistic particle sitntrlation code. The siraattlation restrlts shoxv that large armplittrdeAlfv!n xvaves are excited, xvlaile the electrotaaagnetic xvaves are weakly excited becattse of' the relativistic effect of the clotmd particles. Langraatrir waves are also excited along the rnagnetic field,and clotrd particles as well as Toackgrottnd jcair p?trticIes are accelerated by Laraguaatrir XVdX/0S atlongthe uaaagnetic field. The zaaaxiuntrrn velocities of clotrd and backgrotrnd particles exceed the initialclotrd velocity.
