NIHD sirntrlation of the capillary discharges was perf'orraued to choose the plasnaa parara'neters forguiding of high intense ultrashort laser ptrlses in the Laser Wake Field Accelerators. Dissipativeplasrna processes as well ablation and ionization of capillary wall rnaterials were taken intoaccount. We have demonstrated the possibility to achieve sttch discharge regimes f'or whichIVIHD instabilities inherent for discharges of Z-pinch type do not occur.
