Dynamic shear modulus of casein get was measured slightly above the gelationconcentration as functions of frequency and concentration. The results show thatthe shear modulus G is expressed by G= C-e', where e is the reduced concentrationin reference to the gelation concentration. The exponent t is found to be constantat lower frequency region and is close to the value expected from the percolationthe0fy.
