The electrohydrodynamic instability in nematic liquid crystal is investigated bylaser light scattering method. The power spectrum of a scattered intensity of lightfrom the liquid crystal cell under ac field is analysed. The forced director fluctua-tion is o bserved above a threshold voltage. It is clarified that the director fluctuationis influenced by an onset and a development of the convective flow.
