1VIechanism of the untrstral continuotrs transition in CeRtt3Si3 from valence fltrctuation regimeto Kondo regime, in which the Fernai strrface volutne changes exactly by one electron, is sttrdiedin detail. The transition occttrs due to the singlet bonding Kondo band, which becomes sharperand nuore dispersionless as it approaches the Feruni energy with weakening qtrasiparticle characterand crosses the Fernaui energy at the transition. Variovrs anomalous properties are related alsowith the naixed valence character in the valence fluctuation regirne, disappearing in the Kondoregiune. An untrsual behavior of Hall effect with a large and slaarp peak at low tenaperature,which has been misunderstood as the anotaaalotrs Hall effect, is explained frorn the unechanistnthat there are two kinds of Fer'nai sturfaces, tlae first group fornaed frorta snaaJJ holes with vveak c- fmixing, showing a little change at the tr?rnsition, and the second gI0Llp of large Fermi strrfaceswith strong c- f mixing changing nearly discontintrously at the transition, In the mixed valencestate at low teraaperature, only the sutaall holes contri].cute to the Hall current.
