Dynamical Susceptibility in Ferromagnetic Metal of CoS_2 : Inelastic Magnetic Neutron Scattering

• Inelastic netrtron scattering experitnents from a ferrornagnetic metal of COS2 have been per-formed in a wide (q, ;) space ?xnd a wide temperatvrre range across the Curie temperature, T0.Magnetic excitations in a small q region are well characterized to be spin-waves below 'Z'C. Thesharp response of the spin-wave scattering strddenly broadens at q >0.27 A ' and w >8 uneV.The paramagnetic fltuctuations above Tc) ?tre centered at w : O men, which could be analyzed bya double Lorentzian form in q and w. The line width F satisfies the dynamical scaling hypothesis;T :: Agq"' f (tc) / q). The dynamical feattrre in both below and above IC indicates that COS2 isregarded as a typical itinerant ferronaagnet.
