Electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power and thermal conductivity due to randomexchange potentials at the interfaces of the magnetic superlattices are theoreticallystudied. Material dependence of these properties is derived for TM / Cu superlattices, where TM's denote 3d-transition metal elements. It is shown that the magnitude ofthe magnetic moments and the number of d-electrons of the magnetic atoms are keyparameters for these transport properties. Possible candidates.for superlattices show-ing large magnetoresistance are proposed.Imetallic superlattices, giant magnetoresistance, thermoelectric power, thermal ]l conductivityl
