Transport phenomena through a tunnel junction in the presence of impurities in the insulating layer are investigated in the finite temperate and finite bias voltage. We have found that the effect of the temperature on the tunnel conductance in the non-linear current-voltage (I-V) characteristics is smaller than that in the linear-response case
