Presented is a general method to construct quantum spiua Harniltonians with long-range pairwise interactions. The Hamiltonian is given explicitly in terms of the 7?-matrices on an inhomogeneous lattice. Applications to spin-1 /2 chains, ltigher spinchains and Z, models are shown.
