Generalized Gutzwiller States as Exact Excited States in the One-Dimensional Supersymmetric t-J Model with Long-Range Exchange and Transfer

A set of generalized Gutzw'iller-type w'ave functiouas w'ith sjcin auad charge currentsand / or spin polarization are shown t o be exact eigenslates of tlte supersymmetric l-J-type model with long-range interactions. The increment of energy in the presence ofcurrents is proportiona't to the square of the currents w'itlaout any hugher-order correc-lions for arbitrary size of the system. The exact excited states are identified by tlteabsence of statistical fltactuations in the variational Mouate Carlo calculation. The spinsusceptibility is found 1.o be indepemadent of the size, 2lS in the case of the charge sus-ceptibility.
