The temperature dependent Raman scatterings and absorption spectra are observedin CsCoCl. which has quasi one dimensional at high temperatures and triangular spincharacteristics at low temperatures. The temperature dependence is slightly weakerthan three dimensional spin correlation function. It is predicted that the hot and coldband in absorption spectra are charge transfer magnon excitations associated with aninterband transition.
