The temperature dependence of the electron mobility in molybdenum ditelluridesingle crystals has been measured in the temperature range between 8 K and830 K. The results are examined with the three dimensional Schmid's model andtwo dimensional Fivaz's model for homopolar optical phonon scattering. Thetemperature dependence in high temperature region above about 350 K is wellexplained by Schmid's model.The resistivity anisotropy pj7./p.. is also presented.
