Integral of wave kinetic equation of electrostatic drift waves is obtained basedon the weak turbulence approach for arbitrary number of modes, N. If thestationary spectrum of N modes exists, the wave amplitude is bounded for anyinitial conditions. The stationary spectrumj which appears only if the initialspectrum coinsides with it, is estimated to be the most probable one, if the ampli-tude of the stationary spectrum is large. In the presence of the spontaneousemission term, the spectrum relaxes to the stationary spectrum.
