The free Fernxion theory for an assembly of physisorbed atoms on an anisotropicrectangular lattice contains an unphysical process; an exchange of two adjacentdomain walls. T0remc>ve such exchange, we develop here a revised approachwltich mad' be called the "interacting Fermion approach". The revised model isanalyzed by means of RPA. It is shown that the IC. phase found in our previousreport based upon the free Ferntion model is retained in the revised model.
