M6ssbauer spectra of Fe" in stoichiometric YFez0. polycrystals were meas-tu'ed and analysed. An abrupt change of magnetically ordered spectra at 220 Kindicates that there are two phases in an antiferromagnetic state. Spectra in thelow temperature phase, showing four sextets with very narrow width, suggestthe charge ordering of Fe ions. In a paramagnetic state, it was observed thattwo quadrupole doublets coalesced into a single doublet between 300 K and373 K. This indicates an electron hopping between Fe" and Fe" faster than10 ' s at 373 K.
