Fermi liquid relations are examined in connection with the high-I. superconduc-tors recently discovered. It is shown that z,/ )(.. is nothing but the Wilson ratio, whereX. is the vertex correction due to Coulomb correlations to mutual interactions of an ex-change type, and z- is the mass renormalization factor of quasi-particles. If theenhancement of this ratio is as large as two, according to the previous paper (Jpn. J.Appl. Phys. 26 (1987) L652), antiferromagnetic exchange interactions of -4 ./z250K can explain the superconducting transition temperatures of about 100 K observedin metallic phases as well as 8 magnetic transition temperature of about 250 K ob-served in insulating phases. It is very reasonable tlaat this ratio is as large as two instrongly correlated systems such as ceramic high-7'. superconcluctors.
