The electronic excitations of' ruarroxv-gap cs'trbotu toroids are sttrdied within the self-consistentfield approach. The loxv-f'reqttency excit?ttion spectrutax exhibits rnany peak strtrcttrres, includinga prorninent one, xvhich is identified as the collective excitations. This plasnauon is dtre to thecoherent carrier oscillation on a toroid stur['?tce along the lonagitudinal direction. NVhet1aer the loxvfreqtrency plasnnon exists in a carbota tor'oid is detertaained by the energy gap and the tlaresholdexcitatiou'a energy. It is xzery sensitive to tlae ch?rnges in longittrdirual angttlar tnornetattrna transf'erand the toroid geotaaetry (raditus, xvidth, and chiral angle).
